Schooner Landing

Schooner Landing of Hammock Bay was designed to commemorate the traditions and history of the sailing schooners that were built in the Freeport Shipyards.

This traditional neighborhood, with streets named after ships, was designed to reflect a simpler lifestyle. Features include properties without any gates or walls, garages in the back of the homes to allow for friendlier streetscapes, as well as boardwalks resembling docks, and Halyard Park, designed by kids for kids with a lighthouse and the lookout on Hammock Hill.

Naturally, all other amenities that Hammock Bay is well known for are all close by, which creates a sought-after Florida lifestyle.
